Talbos ng kamote and malunggay

Two of the staples we plant at home are kamote and malunggay. Whenever we need greens, they're just a pick away. Mix them with tanglad or lemongrass and you've some heavenly salad! Here's one salad I made with an Asian vinaigrette. Sarap!

We always think that every household should have these veggies that are organic by neglect. :)

How do you do the salad with tanglad? I have all those but can't picture the tanglad in a salad. Do you boil it and use as dressing?

Yup, use them in the dressing. Clean up the stalk and slice thinly crosswise. Mix with vinegar, pepper, patis and some sugar if you want it sweet.
